Who is responsible
Soniel Paris is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. The shop is hosted by Shopify.

What we collect
- Identity and address — first name, surname, email, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses.
- Order and payment — basket contents, order history, returns. Card data is processed through Shopify Payments / PayPal / Apple Pay. We do not store your card number.
- Account — login details, preferences, items viewed, if you create an account.
- Messages — what you write to us.
- Technical data — IP address, device, pages viewed, cookies needed for the basket and security.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
- Fulfil your order — prepare, dispatch, refund and respond. Basis: contract.
- Accounting and legal requirements — invoices, disputes, requests from authorities. Basis: legal obligation.
- Shop security — fraud and abuse prevention. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Newsletter and offers — only if you sign up or agree at checkout. Basis: consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only what is necessary:
- Shopify, to run the shop.
- Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay).
- Logistics providers and warehouse, to dispatch orders.
- Hosting, transactional email and anti-fraud tools.
We do not sell your data. Shopify's policy: privacy.shopify.com.
Transfers outside Europe
Shopify and some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In this case, recognised safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
Parcels are dispatched from a warehouse outside the European Union. Your delivery address is shared with the carrier so that your parcel can be delivered.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: statutory retention period (in principle, 10 years).
- Account: while it is active, then deleted at your request.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Technical cookies: for the duration of the session or the short period needed for the basket.
Your rights
You can request access, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent.
Email info@sonielparis.fr. We will verify your identity and respond within the statutory time limit.
You can also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD, Luxembourg — cnpd.public.lu) or the authority in your country of residence.

Minors
The shop is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect their data. If a child has written to us, please let us know: we will delete it.
Security
Encrypted payments. Restricted access. No system is perfect: do not send a card number by email.
