Delivery countries
Soniel Paris delivers exclusively to France, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Portugal and Switzerland. We currently do not offer delivery to any other countries.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free to all six countries served, with no minimum order. Delivery costs are €0 and are confirmed before payment.
Preparation and delivery
Orders are dispatched directly by our suppliers. The total delivery time is 10 to 13 working days from payment, including preparation.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@sonielparis.fr, quoting your order number so that we can check its status.
Order tracking
When verified tracking information is available for your order, we will share it with you. You can also visit the ‘Track my order’ section of our shop.
If no tracking information is available yet, or if you have a question about the progress of your parcel, email us at info@sonielparis.fr, quoting your order number.
Import charges and delivery with no additional fees
Outside Switzerland, import charges relating to your order are covered by our supplier. You will not be asked to pay any additional import charges, import VAT or customs clearance fees on delivery. For Switzerland, which is not part of the European Union, Swiss VAT and any customs clearance fees may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
If a carrier nevertheless asks you to make a payment of this kind, contact us at info@sonielparis.fr with your order number and a copy of the request so that we can check the situation.
